We aim to despatch orders within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order however, should a product not be in stock at the time of order and we are unable to despatch within 10 working days, we will contact you to agree a revised despatch date or offer a refund.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses and we apologise any inconvenience this may cause.

UK customers will benefit from free secure shipping by courier on orders over £100 and a £7.20 delivery charge applies to orders with a value less than £100. UK Mainland orders will be shipped via a next day courier service and UK Non Mainland/Northern Ireland orders will be shipped via a standard courier service.

EU orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £25 plus your local tax rate with delivery estimated in 3-5 days. Any duties or any other import charges will be paid to the courier by us on your behalf.

ROW (Rest of World) orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £40 with delivery estimated in 4-6 days. Duties or any other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the courier will contact you before delivery if there are any fees to pay.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, UK customers can return the products to us for a refund or exchange. We are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service for EU and ROW (Rest of World) customers however, you can return your products to us for a refund and/or place a new order for the replacement product(s).

  • Comments - I am normally a ladies 6 but ordered a 5.5 due to previous reviews. They fit but I wish I had ordered the 6.

I saw Sanders shoes on TV and thought I would take a quick look at the website. I ordered the Gibson's because I like shoes that are a little different. The quality is superb. The leather is beautifully soft and they are obviously made by craftsmen. Other reviewers have said they run large and to go down in size so I ordered a half size smaller but I would disagree. I wish I had ordered my normal size. I still love them though.

Ordered two pairs of ladies shoes from Sanders, both absolutely beautiful. The Mark McNairy Ladies Gibson are comfortable, light, exquisitely made and much prettier colouring than the online image.

  • Comments - Bought at steep discount so very worth the money.

Beautiful shoes with striking yellow soles, but fit large- bought a 6 (normal size) and probably needed a 5.5, so returned. Cannot review general fit as, with too large size, foot did not sit in the shoe where it should be.
