The sizing of the KEN last tends to be generous. To ensure the best fit and utmost comfort, we recommend customers take a half size down from their usual size.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order however, should a product not be in stock at the time of order and we are unable to despatch within 10 working days, we will contact you to agree a revised despatch date or offer a refund.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses and we apologise any inconvenience this may cause.

UK customers will benefit from free secure shipping by courier on orders over £100 and a £7.20 delivery charge applies to orders with a value less than £100. UK Mainland orders will be shipped via a next day courier service and UK Non Mainland/Northern Ireland orders will be shipped via a standard courier service.

EU orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £25 plus your local tax rate with delivery estimated in 3-5 days. Any duties or any other import charges will be paid to the courier by us on your behalf.

ROW (Rest of World) orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £40 with delivery estimated in 4-6 days. Duties or any other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the courier will contact you before delivery if there are any fees to pay.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, UK customers can return the products to us for a refund or exchange. We are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service for EU and ROW (Rest of World) customers however, you can return your products to us for a refund and/or place a new order for the replacement product(s).

In spite of downsizing upon advice from my normal size 11 to 10.5, this shoe was still too large. Foolishly worn the shoe hoping it would work with insoles, so looks like my son will get a free pair of beautiful shoes. I normally only buy all my shoes from John Rushton shop, so online big disappointment.

I am more than pleased with these shoes. This is my first pair of nice dress shoes, and I spent a lot of time looking at different companies. When I found Sanders, everything about the company seemed right. I love the history and how long that they have been in business. The quality is top notch. You can tell the detail that goes into making each pair of these shoes right out of the box. I will absolutely be a returning customer. I wear a US size 10, UK size 9, and went with UK 8.5 as what the description recommended. They fit perfect. Thank you, Sanders for the excellent craftsmanship!

I recently ordered a pair of wingtip oxford brogue. I ordered a size 8, before I read the sizing recommendation. I saw I should have ordered a 7.5. I sent an email, to request a 7.5 before the size 8’a were sent, and within a day or two, the request was seen and completed by a very helpful member of staff called Gemma. The shoes themselves are a brilliant fit, in the 7.5. The recommendation was spot on, and the customer care even better! Top shoe
