We aim to despatch orders within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order however, should a product not be in stock at the time of order and we are unable to despatch within 10 working days, we will contact you to agree a revised despatch date or offer a refund.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses and we apologise any inconvenience this may cause.

UK customers will benefit from free secure shipping by courier on orders over £100 and a £7.20 delivery charge applies to orders with a value less than £100. UK Mainland orders will be shipped via a next day courier service and UK Non Mainland/Northern Ireland orders will be shipped via a standard courier service.

EU orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £25 plus your local tax rate with delivery estimated in 3-5 days. Any duties or any other import charges will be paid to the courier by us on your behalf.

ROW (Rest of World) orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £40 with delivery estimated in 4-6 days. Duties or any other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the courier will contact you before delivery if there are any fees to pay.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, UK customers can return the products to us for a refund or exchange. We are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service for EU and ROW (Rest of World) customers however, you can return your products to us for a refund and/or place a new order for the replacement product(s).

  • Comments - Soldiers will complain about everything. Gripes about braking in and maintenance convenience aside, these are excellent shoes that will last.

In probably the first footwear decision in my memory that made sense, the Canadian Armed Forces actually decided to pay for quality footwear and issued these to Highland regiments. This was a departure from the normal MO of issuing cheaper dress oxfords and parade boots that lasted only a year or two. The good: It's an extremely durable and well built shoe that should last a soldier most of a career. The heel stack and double leather sole also sounds incredibly crisp when doing drill. No metal "clackers" required. The Bad: Unsurprisingly with a shoe that is built as solidly as these, they take forever to brake in. The moaning: Mileage might very, but for me the pebble grain is a right pain to keep polished to a high standard. You've basically got to use a brush to clear the dust and crap from the grain and medallion which necessitates starting your spit shine and burnishing from step one every time.

  • Comments - Sanders' Braemar, Shoes Highland, are formidably rugged, military grade footwear. Look after them and they'll look after you.

Supplied to the better sort of regiment for donkeys years. Strong ,comfortable and a distinctive example of traditional skills and type. A shoe-lover's shoe. Mine were issued to me in 1987, got bulled and saw nornal use around camp for 6 years. Abandoned to a kit bag on demob and recently redeployed for special purposes with a rubber over sole and new heal piece Oldest and favourite footwear I own. Sanders! Shabash huzoorharu!
