Delivery and Returns


1.1  Despatch times are listed under Terms and Conditions

1.2  Orders shipped to a United Kingdom address have the delivery charge included in the product price.  There will be no additional charge for delivery.

1.3  Orders shipped to an address outside the United Kingdom will have the appropriate shipping charge added extra to the cost of the product.  The exact cost of shipping will be clearly detailled in the "Shopping Basket" summary page as soon as you select your destination country.

1.4  Goods will be shipped via a secure delivery service which will require a signature to confirm receipt by the purchaser.  Please give a delivery address where you are certain there will be a person to sign for the shipment during normal business hours.

1.5  Any person who receives the shipment at the specified delivery address is deemed to be properly authorised by the purchaser to receive the shipment.

1.6  If, when you receive the shipment, it has been opened or has been damaged in any way, you must record this clearly on the shippers note when you sign to confirm receipt and you must also notify us immediately by email or by fax.  We cannot accept reports of damaged goods at a later date.


2.1  If your delivery destination is outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that the recipient is responsible for payment of any customs related charges (for example tax, duty, fees) which may be levied by the government of the recipient country.  Please also be aware that the shipment may be opened or searched by customs or security agencies in the destination country.

2.2  Goods shipped to European Union member countries will be charged United Kingdom sales tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate and are therefore "Tax-Paid" and we would not expect them to attract any additional charges.

2.3  Goods shipped to countries outside the European Union will not be charged United Kingdom sales tax (VAT) and are more likely to attract customs related charges in the destination country.

2.4  We regret that we are not able to provide specific advice concerning customs related charges outside of the United Kingdom.


3.1  When you receive your shipment, please examine the products carefully to ensure that they meet your expectation.  Try on the shoes on a clean soft carpet to avoid marking the soles.  Please use a shoe horn to avoid mis-shaping the shoe.  Avoid creasing or bending the shoes until you are fully satisfied that you do not wish to return or exchange them.

3.2  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us within 14 days of receipt.  Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to cancel your purchase contract with us.  To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing by fax, email or letter clearly stating your name, address, email address and order confirmation number.  A telephone call is not a valid means of cancellation.


4.1 We will not accept return of any product for exchange or refund which has been worn, creased, marked, or otherwise in a condition which makes it unsuitable for immediate resale (unless the return is for a complaint of failure in wear).

4.2  If you return your products to us and request an exchange for an alternative product (for example a different size) we will ship you the alternative product as quickly as possible.  If there is a price difference between the returned product and the alternative, we will contact you to arrange the additional payment or refund.  If we cannot ship the alternative within 10 working days we will contact you as per our terms and conditions.  If your delivery address is within the United Kingdom we will ship the alternative product to you without charge.  If your delivery address is outside the UK there may be an additional shipping charge on the alternative product and we will contact you to arrange payment for this.

4.3  If you return the product to us and request a refund, we will refund the full product price (but not the shipping cost) to the card used for payment of the original purchase. Please allow up to 30 days for refund to be processed. No other form of refund will be offered.

4.4  In all cases the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and in perfect condition together with the original invoice (or photocopy of same).  Please be sure that you enclose your name & address, your email address, and the reasons why you are returning your products.

4.5  Returns must be sent to the address detailed in the "Contact Us" area.

4.6  Goods are returned at your own expense and we suggest that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. It is your responsibility to complete the shipping documents correctly and ensure that the items are described as returned goods.

4.7  We will refund the cost of standard or recorded postage if you return products which have been incorrectly supplied or are faulty.  Please note we will not refund courier, express, overnight or other such forms of premium return charge.
