Great care has been put into the creation of your Pantherella socks and to keep them in their premium condition we ask you follow the washing and care instruction on the labels.
As a guide, most of Pantherella's socks are machine washable at 40°C.
We aim to despatch orders within 2-5 working days from receipt of your order however, should a product not be in stock at the time of order and we are unable to despatch within 10 working days, we will contact you to agree a revised despatch date or offer a refund.
We are unfortunately unable to deliver to British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses and we apologise any inconvenience this may cause.
UK customers will benefit from free secure shipping by courier on orders over £100 and a £7.20 delivery charge applies to orders with a value less than £100. UK Mainland orders will be shipped via a next day courier service and UK Non Mainland/Northern Ireland orders will be shipped via a standard courier service.
EU orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £25 plus your local tax rate with delivery estimated in 3-5 days. Any duties or any other import charges will be paid to the courier by us on your behalf.
ROW orders shipped via secure delivery by courier at a flat rate of £40 with delivery estimated in 4-6 days. Duties or any other import charges are the responsibility of the recipient and the courier will contact you before delivery if there are any fees to pay.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, UK customers can return the products to us for a refund or exchange. We are unfortunately unable to offer an exchange service for EU and ROW customers however, you can return your products to us for a refund and/or place a new order for the replacement product(s).
